Born in 1972 in France, graduated in Management and Business Administration in Switzerland, Daniel has an extensive expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate finance, and risk management.
Daniel earned in August 2024 the IMD Board Readiness Diploma to enhance his knowledge in Corporate Governance and General Management.
Daniel has executed several transactions in a broad spectrum of business segments from pharma to diagnostic and medical imaging, mechatronic to robotic, plastic-metal-ceramic injection molding, engineering & construction, automotive, oil & gas to energy, insurance & services, luxury good to ICT and so on, bringing him priceless knowledge and experience in deeply understanding business model, where added value is and what risks are.
Daniel’s international exposure across Switzerland, Europe, U.K., Asia, the U.S., and the Middle East equips him to manage cross-cultural dynamics. Daniel managed a number of Cross-Border transactions, such as disposal transactions to private equity; listed companies acquisitions and subsequent delisting, as well as acquisition transactions to private equity; development capital transactions for both listed and private equity companies.
Daniel collaborates constantly with Bank industry and Professionals to spread corporate issues.
