Born in 1972 in France, graduated in Management and Business Administration in Switzerland, Daniel enjoys a consolidated expertise in Extraordinary Corporate Transactions.
Daniel has executed several transactions in a broad spectrum of business segments from pharma to diagnostic, mechanical to robotic, certification to engineering, automotive to ICT, etc bringing him priceless knowledge and experience in deeply understanding business model, useful criticism and identification of company’s added value.
Daniel managed a number of Cross-Border transactions from Switzerland and Europe to China and USA, and transactions between Switzerland and Europe, such as disposal transactions to private equity; listed companies acquisitions and subsequent delisting, as well as acquisition transactions to private equity; development capital transactions for both listed and private equity companies.
Daniel collaborates constantly with Bank industry and Professionals to spread corporate issues.
